Singapore Takes 35 Spots on Fortune's 100 Best Companies to Work For Southeast Asia 2026 List
Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work Forâ„¢ Southeast Asia recognises 100 companies for creating outstanding workplaces across the region.

Singapore-headquartered Capella Hotels and Resorts ranks #5, the highest placing of any Southeast Asian company for the second consecutive year. UOB and JustCo joined the ranking for the first time.

Now in its second year, the Southeast Asia list builds on Fortune’s 100 Best Companies to Work For, which has drawn on Great Place To Work’s workplace research in the U.S. since 1998. The 2026 Southeast Asia ranking is informed by confidential survey responses from 1,322,537 employees across ten countries.

Singapore’s five homegrown companies on the list span hospitality, banking, flexible workspace, trading and digital infrastructure. Capella Hotels and Resorts (#5) shares the top five with Hilton (#2) and Marriott International (#3). Coworking operator JustCo enters at #30 and UOB at #39, alongside data center operator STTGDC (#95).

Singapore’s role as a regional base for global business runs through the rest of its 35. Cisco (#4), AbbVie (#8), Allianz (#10) and Micron Technology (#12) all rank in the top 12. Eight life sciences and healthcare companies certified in Singapore also make the list, from MSD and Medtronic to Amgen’s Singapore Manufacturing site (#87).

Evelyn Kwek, Managing Director, Great Place To Work® Southeast Asia and ANZ, said:

"Singapore’s competitiveness depends on how effectively businesses turn talent and investment into higher productivity, innovation and growth. Strong workplace cultures give people the confidence to challenge established ways of working and take ownership of better business outcomes."
"Capella’s No. 5 ranking and UOB’s debut at No. 39 on this year’s Fortune list bring that commitment into focus across hospitality and banking, where customer experience and consistent execution are central to commercial success. Building great workplaces can only strengthen Singapore’s position as a base for businesses that compete internationally, and create genuinely rewarding careers for the people behind their performance."
