The collaboration brings together e-commerce operations, payment services and smart-logistics capabilities to support merchants from sale to fulfilment and advance local and international e-commerce trade
HONG KONG, Sept. 7, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Payment Asia, ShipAny and EasyStore announced the signing of a partnership agreement to provide small and medium-sized enterprises with a more connected, end-to-end path from e-commerce operations to payments and logistics fulfilment. By bringing together their respective strengths in e-commerce, payments and logistics, the three companies aim to help merchants connect the core stages of their business journey—from building online stores and managing multichannel sales, to accepting payments, processing orders and arranging local and international deliveries—in support of cross-border e-commerce growth for merchants in Hong Kong and across Asia.
In a fast-changing retail and e-commerce environment, SMEs frequently manage sales, payments and deliveries across separate systems and service providers. Through the partnership, Payment Asia, ShipAny and EasyStore will work towards a more connected merchant experience that reduces operational friction between those processes, enabling merchants to devote more attention to their products, customer relationships and market expansion. EasyStore provides integrated commerce tools across commerce, retail, marketing and loyalty touchpoints, with listed capabilities including multichannel selling, cross-border commerce, online stores, order fulfilment and payment gateways. ShipAny provides a smart logistics platform and one-stop logistics services covering local and international delivery, shipping-rate comparison, logistics automation and warehouse fulfilment. Its EasyStore app listing also states that ShipAny can connect EasyStore stores to a range of local and international logistics service providers.
In this collaboration, EasyStore offers new Hong Kong merchants a first-year store-opening discount and an extended free trial period; subscribers to the Ecommerce Standard Annual Plan receive an additional 3 months of service, while those subscribing to the Retail OMO 2‑Year Plan receive an additional 6 months. Payment Asia provides a 0.2% transaction fee reduction on the excess portion for merchants with monthly transaction volume reaching HKD 50,000, valid for six months; new merchants applying for automatic settlement enjoy a lower threshold and are exempt from account‑opening and annual fees. ShipAny offers registered merchants a HKD 200 logistics coupon for new accounts. For more details, please contact the three partners directly.
"SMEs should not lose e-commerce opportunities because of fragmented systems and complicated workflows," said Tanya Yeung, Hong Kong Director of Payment Asia. "Our shared objective with ShipAny and EasyStore is to make it easier for merchants to connect selling, payment collection and delivery, so that they can devote more time to their products, customers and market development."
Taurus Cheung, Founder of ShipAny, said: "Logistics efficiency and visibility are important parts of the online retail experience. Through this collaboration, we aim to bring logistics options, fulfilment operations and order flows together more seamlessly for SMEs serving local consumers and cross-border buyers."
Alan Kok, Founder of EasyStore, said: "Merchants need connected business tools, not more isolated systems. By combining EasyStore’s multichannel commerce capabilities with Payment Asia’s payment solutions and ShipAny’s local and international logistics services, the three companies connect key stages from selling and payment to fulfilment. This collaboration will help merchants streamline operations, deliver a more consistent customer experience and expand into international markets with greater confidence."
In support of this shared vision, EasyStore, Payment Asia and ShipAny co-hosted the seminar on Friday, 4 September, "The New Era of Omnichannel Retail: 2026 Hong Kong E-commerce Automation and Localised Growth Strategies." The event explored the integration of online and physical-store operations, retail data and consumer-behaviour insights, customer-retention strategies and practical case studies. It highlighted how merchants can connect their online and offline operations more effectively, better understand customer needs, build longer-term customer relationships and develop a more sustainable, locally relevant growth model.
The companies will progress relevant service-integration, merchant-support and go-to-market arrangements in line with their respective product roadmaps, service terms and compliance requirements. Specific features, markets, pricing and launch timing will be announced separately by the companies or set out in official product documentation.
