After the US withdrawal from the trade pact, Vietnam worked with the remaining members to revive it under the name of the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP). Indeed, Vietnam was the seventh member to ratify the CPTPP.
